We are looking for Agile coach at Space International!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an Agile transformation roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and goals
- Provide Agile coaching and guidance to teams to ensure they understand and embrace Agile practices and principles
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Provide training and support to teams on Jira, Jira Service Management, to enable effective use of these tools in Agile processes
- Collaborate with Product Owners to develop and prioritize backlogs, manage dependencies, and identify and mitigate risks and issues
- Facilitate collaboration and communication across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
- Monitor and report on Agile adoption and progress, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and encourage experimentation and innovation
- Lead and mentor a team of Agile coaches, and collaborate with other leaders in the organization to ensure alignment and consistency in Agile practices and processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a fast-paced, digital environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, with expertise in Scrum
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams and stakeholders
- Experience in managing and leading a team of Agile coaches
- In-depth knowledge of Jira with the ability to teach and guide teams on their effective use
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
