Space is seeking an exceptional Data engineer.

Main Duty:

Build systems that collect, manage, and convert raw data into usable information for data scientists and business analysts to interpret.

You will:

Load and analyze data from various sources
Prepare data for Power BI and data science
Acquire datasets that align with business needs
Build & optimize ETL processes in Python & SSIS

Build & monitor SQL jobs
Build & optimize SQL views, stored procedures & tables
Check & maintain data quality
Create new data validation methods & processes
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies

Requirements:

Minimum 1-year experience in working with:

Relational databases (SQL Server/Oracle/Postgres)
ETL processes (SSIS/Python/Pentaho)
Data warehouse
Python will be a big plus

English is a must. Working experience in Banking/financial sector will be a big plus

We are looking for DevOps engineer at Space International!

Your main role will be deployment, configuration, and maintenance of banking infrastructure in several countries.

Main Responsibilities and requirements:

3+ years work experience
Overall knowledge of IT infrastructure
Experience managing RedHat / Debian based Linux environments
Experience patching Linux environments
Experience in designing Linux environments
AWS
Kubernetes
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture
VMware and ESXi configuration/management experience
Identity Management (Single Sign-On) experience
Experience with IT service monitoring software (Prometheus, Grafana, Cisco AppDynamics)
Advanced knowledge of load balancers
Experience with any of these scripting languages (Bash, Perl, Python, Ruby)
Understanding of basic networking (subnetting, vlans, routing)
Advanced Git knowledge
Must be a team player and collaborator

Desired:

Terraform
Ansible
CI/CD experience
Experience with security configuration and analysis
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate certificate

We are looking for Agile coach at Space International!

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an Agile transformation roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and goals
Provide Agile coaching and guidance to teams to ensure they understand and embrace Agile practices and principles
Lead Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Provide training and support to teams on Jira, Jira Service Management, to enable effective use of these tools in Agile processes
Collaborate with Product Owners to develop and prioritize backlogs, manage dependencies, and identify and mitigate risks and issues
Facilitate collaboration and communication across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
Monitor and report on Agile adoption and progress, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and encourage experimentation and innovation
Lead and mentor a team of Agile coaches, and collaborate with other leaders in the organization to ensure alignment and consistency in Agile practices and processes

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a fast-paced, digital environment
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, with expertise in Scrum
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams and stakeholders
Experience in managing and leading a team of Agile coaches
In-depth knowledge of Jira with the ability to teach and guide teams on their effective use
Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Define strategy and strategic initiatives with relevant counter areas based on analysis
Tracking strategic initiatives
Analysis of different markets and companies for potential expansion
Analyze and evaluate plans and initiatives to enable strategic recommendations and issue resolution.
