Space International is looking for UI/UX and Brand Design Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the brand DNA and ideate on inspiring design concepts;
  • Create and facilitate an environment, process, and design system that supports consistent UX principles and processes across devices and channels;
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, and sketches to deliver the best UI/UX design in the companies’ apps;
  • Define product workflows, interactions and UI specifications in close collaboration with product managers and the engineering team;
  • Adapt product experiences to different audiences based on their needs and the devices they use (feature personalization, responsive design, accessibility);
  • Perform user studies to understand the impact of design and constantly innovate to improve user experience;
  • Be responsible for the overall design output, holding the highest bar on quality, high-level creative direction;
  • Develop strategy and tactics to create interest, demand, and recognition of the brand through the use of performance driven design; includes: strategy, implementation, execution and interpretation of data collected;
  • Evolve, expand, and maintain the design direction of the visual brand in partnership with Brand Design team;
  • Own the creative direction and deliver brand application of integrated campaigns and project execution;
  • Leadership of UI/UX and brand design teams, including hiring and mentoring.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10+ years’ experience as user experience designer, web designer, visual designer, information architect, interaction designer, program manager, or similar;
  • Previous experience of designing other digital services and presences highly desirable apps, websites, responsive design, software;
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a mobile design product team lead;
