Your responsibilities include comprehensive risk assessments, data analysis, and proactive recommendations. Main responsibilities: 

  • Monitor and analyze the credit portfolio performance, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Closely collaborating with credit risk portfolio managers to improve current retail loan products (Cash Loan, POS, Car Loan) in terms of credit risks by interpreting and analyzing data using statistical and visualization techniques and providing business recommendations. 
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and credit analysis for loan applications, ensuring adherence to risk standards and guidelines. 
  • Processing and analyzing large and complex datasets from various sources: loan book, credit history report, tax report, debit card transaction reports, mobile payments, etc. 
  • Regularly prepare reports for the bank’s Risk Management. 
  • Work with the team of IT business analysts and developers to implement relevant changes in product, decision strategy and scoring in relevant loan origination software and decision engine. 
  • Continuous search and analysis of alternative data sources for scoring model and decision-making optimization. 
  • Collaborating with other stakeholders to communicate data-based insights: modeling team, soft collection, hard collection, and commercial team. 

Main requirements: 

  • At least 2 years of experience dealing with large volumes of complex data. 
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex findings in English or in Russian. 
  • Excellent SQL skills: joins, sub queries, window functions. 
  • Strong Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn) or R (dplyr, stringr, ggplot2) skills. 
  • Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, visualizations. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, computer science, information systems or related fields. 
  • Experience working in a retail bank’s credit risk department would be an advantage.

  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication, exceptional interpersonal, and relationship building skills with business stakeholders. 
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to review a situation from varied perspectives as well as a willingness to make judgment calls and decisions based on experience and reasonableness tests. 
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.  
  • Ability to streamline complex processes.  
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines with excellent follow-up skills.  
  • Comfortable with a «hands-on» approach and balancing multiple, competing priorities and changes in scope/direction, all with a high sense of urgency and positive «can-do» attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change very quickly with minimal supervision.

As a QA you will be working with the product team in order to identify problem issues and fix them with the Product development team.

Responsibilities:

  • Take part in SDLS full process.
  • Think like a user and do your best to make sure every possible scenario is fully tested.
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Help troubleshoot issues.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 1 year experience as Software Tester / QA Engineer;
  • Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies;
  • Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. Zephyr, TestRail);
  • Database Knowledge: Understanding of database concepts, SQL queries, and database management systems (DBMS);
  • Experience in testing APIs, including request and response validation;
  • Familiarity with grey box testing methodologies, assessing both functional and internal aspects;
  • Understanding of testing methodologies for backend systems;

  • Develop and maintain automated test suites for mobile and web applications.
  • Write automated test scripts using Java and Appium
  • Design and execute API tests using tools like Postman or REST Assured
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our testing processes.
  • Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams.
  • Work with QA and development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage across all software products.
