Overview:
This is a role for people who are commercial and sales driven, who can create something from the scratch, can find Value Propositions where others cant, have ability of creative thinking, can find valuable touchpoints between client and products with prompt communication through apps and digital channels, can generate actions which ensures commercial success of business lines or products. To be successful in this position you need to be self and well organized, have ability to drive processes, be structured in ways of working and never give up.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and commercial strategies to promote products to potential customers.
- Involvement in creating of targeted marketing campaigns, market researches, and identifying opportunities to promote products to potential customers.
- Understanding of the target market, as well as the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of the products to potential customers.
- Develop and manage sales / commercial campaigns to promote products to customers
- Managing digital/direct marketing campaigns and measure campaign effectiveness
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including customer acquisition and conversion rates
- Coordinate with several departments to ensure successful promotions and sales. Such as optimize offerings, monitor and report on sales performance, and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations to management based on findings.
- Be up to dated on international trends and have ability to transpose best examples and approaches of communication / offering into our reality
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of sales or marketing experience in the banking or related sector and 5 years of general experience in banking or related sector is required
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages at a conversational level
- Thorough knowledge of banking products
- Experience in creating and managing sales processes, including cross-selling mechanics, customer targeting, and other related areas.
- Good understanding of product and business analyzes
- Experience managing direct and digital campaigns (preferred)
- Call center sales experience (preferred)
