Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Campaign Manager to join our digital marketing team. This role will be instrumental in executing mass communication campaigns across our digital channels, including SMS, PUSH notifications, and email. The Campaign Manager will work under the guidance of the Automation Manager to enhance customer engagement and contribute to the overall business growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Automation Manager to execute the strategy for mass campaign deployment across various digital channels.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of campaign execution, including scheduling, segmentation, and targeting.
- Ensure all campaigns are sent in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to the marketing calendar and business objectives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, analyzing key metrics and providing insights for optimization.
- Coordinate with the IT and creative teams to ensure the technical infrastructure supports the campaign requirements.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the CRM and automation tools to effectively segment audiences and personalize communications.
- Assist in the integration of external CRM systems with existing platforms under the direction of the Automation Manager.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing to suggest innovative ideas for campaign management.
- Support the Automation Manager in developing training materials for the marketing team on campaign execution best practices.
- Handle the creative development of campaign materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Manage a calendar of campaigns, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of upcoming communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with SMS, PUSH, and email campaign execution.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights to improve campaign performance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under the Automation Manager.
- Creative mindset with a test-and-learn approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Passionate about leveraging technology to drive marketing success.
Desirable:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards governing digital communications.
- Experience in a banking or financial services environment is a plus.
