Space International is looking for an Incident Manager.
As an Incident Manager at Space, you will be responsible for coordination of incidents throughout their entire lifecycle. This dynamic role requires effective communication with stakeholders within and outside the team, meticulous documentation, conducting comprehensive reporting, and more.
Job Description:
- Conduct complete execution of the full lifecycle of incident management
- Create and update incident records with incident classification and categorization
- Manage and communicate with the Team, dependencies, or vendors
- Provides regular status reporting to management
- Follow-up root cause analysis, corrective action implementation & carrying out preventive measures
- Assist management in planning complete product lifecycle from concept to execution
- Help identify Critical Success Factor (CSF) violations
- Perform other related duties as assigned by CTO, Dev Ops
Required Experience:
- 5 years experience in software, information technology & banking industry
- Expertise in ticketing and incident management tools such as Jira Service Management, OpsGenie, etc.
- Basic knowledge of system design, API, and generic tech
- Experience in banking and/or fintech and/or e-commerce
Other skills:
- Good analytical skills, synthesis and writing skills
- Very good organization, Autonomy
- Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, diplomacy and the ability to adapt to different people
- Advanced Knowledge of English language, Knowledge of Russian is an advantage
