Who we are looking for (it’s fine if you do not satisfy all points, but should have more than a half):
- You have strong marketing fundamentals and knowledge of all major marketing areas.
- You have good understanding of major marketing techniques and channels, it’s pros and cons
- You have at least 1, but better a couple of years of applying your skills and knowledge to real life (working experience)
- Marketing for you is all about understanding clients and finding the right words at the right moment for them instead of heavy pitching or manipulating.
- You have deep curiosity and empathy for people to listen to them carefully, understand their pains and needs.
- You have a proper mix of creativity and consistency.
- Technology and startups make you feel energized and excited.
- You could value the group and a team and get pleasure in giving, and not only care about your own interests.
- You are ready for a long path and understand that nothing will come for itself without long, hard work.
- You are an open-minded person who will be able to share our culture.
- You are really good in at least one of this: Branding, PR, SEO, SMM, Target (PPC)

- You are a person with DO-attitude, who is not afraid to operate with uncertainty to deliver value.
- You have successful experience of marketing campaigns in Tech B2B area.
- Decent copywriting skills in both Russian and English
- Internet Ad’s management experience and real-life experience in launching successful, high-conversion campaigns.
- You are a great communicator who loves to talk to people, listen to them, express and communicate your ideas.
- You have an ability to analyze a high amount of information, dig and research new domains quickly.
- Data, interviews, tests, surveys is your major framework for making decisions.
