ABOUT THE JOB
As a Senior iOS Developer at Space International, you’ll build innovative and user-friendly iOS apps for our customers. Your code will be written in a timely and scalable way all while ensuring strong optimization. You’ll also unit-test your code for robustness including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. You’ll manage a team of 2-5 iOS developers and work closely with our product team to deliver high-quality iOS apps. Ultimately, our customers on iOS will have a great mobile experience thanks to you.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our digital bank. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to drive data-driven insights and enhance our digital banking services. Analytical and Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science, such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation, analysis, and visualization libraries. As an Incident Manager at Space, you will be responsible for coordination of incidents throughout their entire lifecycle. This dynamic role requires effective communication with stakeholders within and outside the team, meticulous documentation, conducting comprehensive reporting, and more.
Job Description:
- Conduct complete execution of the full lifecycle of incident management
- Create and update incident records with incident classification and categorization
- Manage and communicate with the Team, dependencies, or vendors
- Provides regular status reporting to management

Main responsibilities:
- End to end design and delivery of machine learning models across different fields (credit scoring, antifraud scoring, income estimation, risk-based pricing, soft collection scoring, anomaly detection, data segmentation, etc.) through all phases of development: from design to training, evaluation, validation, and deployment. Ensure the designed machine learning model brings business value.
- Closely partner with credit risk portfolio manager, soft collection manager and antifraud manager to improve current retail loan products (Cash Loan, POS, Car Loan) through ML solutions.
- Process and analyze large and complex datasets from various sources to get new insights and features: loan book, credit history report, tax report, debit card transaction reports, mobile payments, etc.
- Interpret and communicate complex ML solutions and results in clear and comprehensive way to non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
Main requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience with at least 1 deployed classification model.
- Excellent Python skills: pandas, numpy, matplotlib, scikit-learn, OOP, Flask or FastAPI.
- Strong proficiency in traditional ML for classification tasks: XGBoost, CatBoost, LightGBM, Random Forest, Logistic Regression.
- Strong SQL skills: joins, sub queries.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex solutions in English or in Russian.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM field: Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.

Formal requirements:
- Fluent knowledge of TypeScript, React, CSS
